Samuel T. Elliott (c.1861-1930) was born in Michigan and died in Newton, Massachusetts. He was a bookkeeper who later became a dentist, graduating from Harvard University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1901. In early 1885, he wrote to Mary Baker Eddy asking for information on Christian Science treatment through prayer.
