Charles R. Dwight
Charles R. Dwight (1836-1892) was born in Cattaraugus, New York, and died
in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked as a dentist and married Eliza A. Jenkins in Illinois
in 1874. He was a veteran of the American Civil War and served as Corporal in the 92nd
Illinois Infantry, Company B. Although the Dwights expressed an interest in studying
with Mary Baker Eddy at the Massachusetts Metaphysical College, there is no record of
either of them doing so.
