Sarah Jane "Jennie" Crowell (b. Hyde) (c. 1843-1887) was born in Vermont and died in Buffalo, New York. She moved with her family to Harpersfield, Ohio, by 1860, and married William H. H. Crowell in Ashtabula, Ohio, in 1864. He had a career in the United States Army. In 1886 Crowell's husband wrote to Mary Baker Eddy asking about Christian Science treatment on her behalf.
