Albert Crosby (1824-1883) was born in Maine and died in Montana. He
worked as a farmer and married Sarah G. Crosby (b. Jerrard) in Plymouth, Maine, in 1852.
Mary Baker Eddy lived with the Crosbys for a few months in Albion, Maine. Crosby left
his wife and children impoverished when he deserted the family and moved out West. By
1880, he was living in Smith River Valley, Montana.
