Aaron J. Cowles (1803-1892) was born in Otisco, New York, and died in Beloit, Wisconsin. He worked as a deacon and married Sally Whitmore in Otisco in 1824. Cowles wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a subscription to The Christian Science Journal. Based on the records available, we have found no further information concerning his involvement with Christian Science.
