John R. Couch
John R. Couch (c.1851-1885) was born in London, England, and died in
Cambridge, Massachusetts. He was introduced to Christian Science by Annie V. C. Leavitt,
a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. Although he expressed an interest in Christian Science,
there is no record of him studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of
Christ (Scientist).
