Charles S. Cooke (1853-1922) was born and died in Brooklyn, New York. He was a stationery manufacturer, serving as secretary and treasurer of Cooke & Cobb Co. in Brooklyn. Although he expressed an interest in Christian Science, there is no record of him studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
