J. H. (Jerome H.) Collins (1854-1933) was born in Dorset, Vermont, and died in Sarasota, Florida. He owned and operated a dental practice in Granville, New York, before retiring and moving to Sarasota. He was introduced to Christian Science by Fannie M. Silsbee, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. There is no record of him studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
