Willard S. Clark (1863-1936) was born in Brooklyn, New York, and died in
Orange, New Jersey. He attended Adelphi Academy in Brooklyn and then began working as a
clerk. He later became an inventor and a furniture maker. Sometime prior to 1920 he
moved to Orange where he retired and remained for the rest of his life. In 1886 Clark
wrote a letter to Mary Baker Eddy to order a copy of
Science and Health
with Key to the Scriptures.
