Maria L. Buswell (b. Stillwell) (1836-1901) was born in New York and died in Yorkville, Wisconsin. She married John S. Buswell, a farmer and teacher, in Wisconsin in 1856. Buswell wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and a subscription to The Christian Science Journal.
