Frances E. Brown (1848-1929) was born and died in Ohio. She married James J. Brown in Highland, Ohio, in 1872. Her husband owned a drug store in Springfield, Ohio, and wrote to Mary Baker Eddy, asking for pricing information and expressing an interest in stocking her works in his store.
