Ida M. Bristol (1859-1934) was born in Dubuque, Iowa, and died in Fargo, North Dakota. She was the wife of Frederick A. Sweet, a partner in the Fargo-based harness manufacturer, Bristol & Sweet. Although she expressed an interest in Christian Science, there is no record of her studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
