Mary T. Bradford (1843-1936) was born in Rochester, New York, and died in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She was the wife of George H. Bradford, a wealthy dry goods merchant who owned Bradford & Co. in Boston. Her interest in Christian Science began in 1885 and she completed the Primary class, alongside her husband, with Mary Baker Eddy in March 1886. She joined the Christian Scientist Association in May 1886 and was an active member until she withdrew in June 1888 over the Association's response to the Abby Corner court case.
