Margaret Bolter (1846-?) was born in Canada and died in an unknown location. Bolter studied with Caroline D. Noyes, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's, in 1886. She then became a student of Eddy's, completing the Primary class in November 1888 and becoming a member of the Christian Scientist Association that December. She was a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Chicago, Illinois.
