Rosamond A. Blackmar (b. Harrington) (1815-1893) was born in Woodstock, Connecticut, and died in Glenwood, Iowa. In 1832, she married Davis W. Blackmar in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was a blacksmith. After his death in 1866, Blackmar relocated her family to Iowa. In 1866, she wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
