William W. Blackman (1857-?) was born in Wisconsin and died in an unknown
location. He married Emma S. Gillette in Fremont, Nebraska, in 1887 and worked as a
grocer. His younger sister, C. Lulu Blackman, joined The First Church of Christ,
Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1894 and was listed as a practitioner and
teacher in the directory of
The Christian Science
Journal.
