Rufus G. L. Bartlett (c. 1815-1871) was born in New Hampshire and died in an unknown location. He worked as a tailor and married Electa A. Curry in Sanbornton Bridge (now Tilton), New Hampshire, in 1843. He served as a colonel in the New Hampshire Militia.
