Sarah L. Baldwin (b. Morse) (1837-1903) was born in Putney, Vermont, and died in Littleton, New Hampshire. In 1864, she married her first husband, E. Dwight Wotton, in Concord, New Hampshire. He was a Civil War veteran who had served for Massachusetts. He then worked in a factory until his death in 1866. In 1871 she married Jedidiah M. Baldwin in Springfield, Massachusetts. He was a Civil War veteran who had served for New Hampshire and subsequently worked as a farmer in Stratford, New Hampshire. He died in 1887, and sometime after that Baldwin moved to Littleton and ran a boarding house. In 1886 she wrote to Mary Baker Eddy on behalf of Luella S. Page about Page's order of a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. Baldwin joined The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 1, 1898.
