Your letter of the 15- inst.Archival Note: This letter is not extant. to Rev. M. B. G. Eddy containing order for booksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and cheque, received, and as I now have full charge of sales of her works, it was handed me.

You state that she had offered you 40% for selling her works. She has not a single student receiving so much, and if she made you that offer, you have long neglected it.

We only allow 33 1/3 to our bookstore (probably the largest retail house here) & to Br. ShermanEditorial Note: Bradford Sherman or Roger Sherman of ChicagoEditorial Note: Chicago, Illinois who orders in lots of 50 & 100 copies at once Cash On DeliveryAs Written:C. O. D.

However, if you mean business and will do as you agree in your last letter to Mrs. Eddy I will allow you 33 1/3 % Cash On DeliveryAs Written:C. O. D. for all orders of 12 or more copies
