Dear Student,

I find nothing in the article of the C.S.A. Constitution that justifies the sentence in your circular that you have made any arrangement special with me whatever on the subject of your students. Shall insist on the following erasures in the printed matter “Supplementary to the Mass Metaphysical College” “Graduated” in the first line 1st par. & Par. 5. – “By special arrangement” and after the word “students” I desire you to place this clause , “if qualified” are admitted etc
