Hope it will be satisfactory. I am selling that property too cheap at the price I instructed Mr. Frye to name for me.

The Broad St. Property at No. 8. I hope you will get paid for but if you do not sell it and I have an opportunity to do so I shall improve it, and then it must be understood that I shall pay no per cent except for the sale which if you effect first, you will be entitled to.
