But you may send me the Books on receipt of this, and at spare moments I can read them. I am in indigent circumstances, depending entirely on my own exertions for maintenance and that by my needle, I know I can do something better provided I’ve the opportunity, and my sympathies are always aroused for the sick Many thanks for your kindness, would be happy to be a student, or if I can serve you in any way here
