In regard to the parties referred As Written: refered to in your letter, Mrs. Plunkett was in a class at this College in Sept '85 During its session she was working to her utmost, to break up the class and prejudice the members against Mrs. Eddy, and wound up her effort by coming to the College after the class finished and abused Mrs. Eddy. Mrs Hopkins was boarding here at the time until last few days of class, and we were informed afterward, by members of the class, that she was working with Mrs. Plunkett secretly. Neither of these ladies have taken the Normal course and are not competent teachers of Christian Science.

We send you this to forewarn you; but Mrs. Eddy says you must not mention it as she does not hold to returning evil for evilI Pet 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. .

Yours truly
