My dear Student

Did you receive a letter from me saying that Mrs. Stetson wanted to speak in Chickering Hall last Sunday? She said her class would open this week and she could better come then than next sunday. If you did not, I must have forgotten to write as I intended to tell you all about it Was so full of calls & perplexing questions last week I about lost my head but am sound this week, at least sound as usual.

Pardon me won’t As Written: wont you if I did forget to inform you, and be ready for next Sunday and meet the need for one of your best

Very truly
