I love your zeal in this work. Had forgotten the handkerchief – This is the way to let your students intoAs Written:in to the N.C.S.A. – When you have twenty students get them together, organize, by choosingAs Written:chosing a Chairman of the meeting, then letting the Chair appoint a SecretaryAs Written:Sec. At this meeting appoint seven members, yourself must be one of them, and let them ask through a letter addressed to Charles A. S. Troup 31. Claremont As Written: Clairmont Park Boston SecretaryAs Written:Sec. of the N.C.S.A. asking for a Charter and for a copy of their Constitution and BylawsAs Written:By laws When you get these make such adaptations as their Constitution requires to your branch Associations and have a Constitution and BylawsAs Written:By laws of your own. This done puts you and your brood into the coop with us.
