Mrs. Bell
My dear Student,

Your interesting letterEditorial Note: See 020A.09.005. at hand. Was delighted to learn of yours and your brothers good estate.

So appreciative, so joyful. God bless the dear ones, sprang to my lips as I read the letter.

My hope is exultant when I think that Christians are in the field: Mr. Gifford D.D. has preached one strictly scientific sermon, and another scolding his Church for lack of Healing since he left your classEditorial Note: M. Bettie Bell and O. P. (Orrin Philip) Gifford were both students in the Primary class taught by Mary Baker Eddy in November 1885.. Write this to your brother if you have opportunity, with my love to him.

Mrs. Stetson has given up going West at present, I think, from what she said last night Is not quite ready I believe.

Wish I could go with her. Kiss the babies all for me—

Kind regards to your husband

Ever lovingly Yours
M. B. G. Eddy.
