You have my "dispatch acknowledging the receipt of your dispatch, and letter of the 13th. I consider it proper to drop you a line; that as soon as I receive the invitation from our friends in C–Editorial Note: Chicago, Illinois I will do all I can for them.
I had Mrs Lathrop's Articles of Association completed, and in perfect conformity with the latest provisions of New YorkAs Written:N. Y. State statutes. hence it will require but a short time to procure her Charter.
I now understand your vision, that it is God's wisdom; that this work in Chicago is paramount to all others just now, and He thus gives me another opportunity to make my first pledge good, to Divine Science.
