My dear Ellen and Student,

Do you see in this letter that it had been written before I received yoursEditorial Note: This letter is not extant. – Just as I was going to mail mine on Sat. I received yours, opened it and after reading it left mine over till Monday to write this explanation The rest you well understand As Written: menderstand I am thankful to hear of the good you are doing As soon as you send application will call a meeting to grant your Charter and send it forthwith
