Again the change you made in Mr. Frye's notice of the College changed the facts refered Corrected: referred to and told a story. It [?] Unclear or illegible  was not been [?] Unclear or illegible  because I had the Normal classes to teach, that I [?] Unclear or illegible  did not [?] Unclear or illegible  form classes once in three weeks, but because of my other duties that prevented my forming classes. Primary or Normal. as often as that. I did not notice how Mr. Frye wrote the copy but he said the change to that in the Journal was yours.

Never mind, I am used to disappointments and blame no one if they design to do right — but try to help them in this effort. Hoping you [?] Unclear or illegible  have fully recovered
