Mr F.'s copy was very faulty for the copy whence he took it was so crossed and interlaced with corrections it furnished no standard and I told you I did not notice the grammar As Written: gramar left that to you Many of the copies I never read

My part alone was to keep the ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science right or rather stated right

Those corrections of numbers I should have made on noticing them He often mistakes, but the nominatives were so scattered over margins he forgot the number when he found the verb

I have not the time and you must write a New Year's As Written: Years greeting for the Jour to be placed in Editor'sAs Written:Ed's table

My leading articleEditorial Note: The lead article by Eddy in the December 1885 Journal was titled “Thou hast been faithful over a few things.” This article was later republished in Miscellaneous Writings 1883-1896. for the last Jour was written in great haste and was correct when I sent it to press But there were several typographical errors

Very truly
