Your letter came to hand after I had given up looking; I was very anxious about the address of Miss Grey; many thanks for sending it.

Christian Science is growing in Brooklyn. surely, and not by any means slowly; each week brings more and more anxious to know of this Glorious truth; (64.) sixty-fourAs Written:sixty four called last week; they call from all parts of Brooklyn; this gives me great encouragement; I know the work is spreading, and being talked all over the City; who can hinder God's word? from North to South, from East to West the seeds has been plantedMatt 13:1 The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. Matt 13:3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; Matt 13:4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: Matt 13:5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: Matt 13:6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. Matt 13:7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: Matt 13:8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. ; my daily prayer is that our dear teacher may stay with us long enough to see the buds As Written: bud's of truth,;.. when as yet she has felt nothing but thorns; we her Students can do so much in this direction; how little so far we have tried to help her; each day I consecrate myself anew to the truth Mrs Eddy has taught me; for in Christian Science only have I found that sweet repose I have so longed for ever since my childhood.

As yet I have only been able to get money sufficient to defray all my expenses, including my Charter; I have not asked help from any, not even my Husband; I have not forgotten my note given to you, and hope before much more time shall have passed to be able to redeem it, I will pay any interest you may think best to charge me, for all time over the month; that was the time mentioned; at that time I was not thinking of my being a stranger in a strange landEx 2:22 And she bare him a son, and he called his name Gershom: for he said, I have been a stranger in a strange land. , but of the practice I was leaving instead of keeping; I will do all as quickly as possible, but no word of truthful censure must As Written: muste be brought against Christian ScienceAs Written:C.
