I find Mrs. Silsbee whom you recommended to me is in the very extreme Eastern part of this stateEditorial Note: New York entirely out of my reach. I write to ask you, who you would recommend in Boston, who has had experience. Do you know of any good metaphysician in Cincinnati. Either of these two places may be open to me, & I want to know of reliable experienced doctors. I am very near Rochester do you know of any good ones in this part of the state. Will be greatly obliged for any information, & will not trouble you again.

Yours -
