I have lately become interested in Christian Science and desire to know more of it and its power to cure disease. My father - Joseph Sanborn - is afflicted with Shaking Palsy and the doctors all say there is no help for him, but since reading your Journal I have come to the conclusion that you can help him. He is seventy-sixAs Written:seventy six years old, has always lived a temperate life but worked very hard. The palsy is confined to his head arms and hands making it almost impossible for him to eat or drink without assistance, had a rupture several years ago, does not trouble him at present, has some kidney trouble and suffers a great deal with backacheAs Written:back ache, his feet also cause him much suffering, being so sore and tender at times that he cannot walk without great pain.

Now if you can relieve him, I shall be glad to hear from you in regard to the case, your terms et ceteraAs Written:&c
