I Take this liberty For the following Reasons

my Sister Who Has been As Written: Bin Sick almost an invalid for 10 or 11 years Has been As Written: Bin Healed By a Lady in OmahaEditorial Note: Omaha, Nebraska Called By us a Faith Doctor and Believing the Source of this must Be good I wish to Learn of it So much interested As Written: intrested am I in this Science of ChristianityEditorial Note: Christian Science that I cannotAs Written:can not get it off My Mind For a moment Therefore I write you this Letter

in penning these Lines to you I wish So far as I am able to Present a Fair and Honest statement of my feeling at Regards Religion or Christianity of todayAs Written:to Day as I See it

Perhaps this is unnecessary As Written: unnessary and I Do this through my Ignorance of What is necessary As Written: nessary with the Hope that you Can the Better Judge of my worthiness and ability to receive As Written: Recieve and rightfully As Written: wrightfully use the Knowledge and Power of Healing which I Hope to Possess and Which Prompts me to Write these lines to you

1st I Believe in a god and I wish to say that my god is a god in Every As Written: Evry Sense As Written: Sence of the Word and has But very little to do with the Mockery of todayAs Written:to Day Called Worship I cannotAs Written:can not understand How the spirit of God As Written: god Can Exist in the midst of Such Pride Hypocrisy As Written: Hypocricy and ambition For Show as to my mind Exists todayAs Written:to Day and While a Believer in God As Written: god For the above Reasons I cannotAs Written:can not go to Church with any good Results all of this My Dear Madam May Be an outgrowthAs Written:out groth of my own Benighted and Conceited As Written: Concieted Self of this you Shall Be the Judge

I know I have in my Heart a Sense As Written: Sence of Right As Written: Wright and wrong I admire truth in all its Forms As Written: Formes While I know I am not its Sole Embodiment As Written: Embodyment

Since wording the above I Have Read your Pamphlet an Defence of Christian Science if as Dr gordan Says it is Evil and Dangerous then Whence the good as Demonstrated By Healing a Fact none As Written: non can Deny or Ignore in Expressing my views of the Churches or Worship of todayAs Written:to Day those who Hear me Say I commit a grievous As Written: grievus Sin in their utterance this may Be so yet I Have then and they will out. in this I would not Be understood to Censure As Written: Sensure the People individually As Written: individualy or anyoneAs Written:any one especial Practice But as a Whole as False and Bearing a tendency to mislead in Fact the Blind Lead the Blind and All Fall in the DitchMatt 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Luke 6:39 And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

I seem to see a wrong But cannotAs Written:can not Right it I do not known How or where As Written: Whare to Begin a lost path is Hard to Find for one Who does As Written: Dos not know the ground with Hope I shall await As Written: awate your answer
