My Dear Mrs Eddy

I learned through Miss Bartlett. (whose pupil I am) that you are to commence a class in Christian ScienceAs Written:C. S. on the 29th of this month. Miss Bartlett had advised me to join your next class if possible, but had given me the idea that it would be much later than it now seems to be. consequently I am unprepared in every way to attend this one. But I hope to be ready for the next one, if I can be admitted then. Will you please inform me, if possible, when the next Class will probably open, & if I can become a pupil of yours at that time?

Miss Bartlett favors the idea of my fitting myself for a teacher, which I am ready to do if it is best to be done, & if I am competent (or can be made so–) to meet the duties required for teaching.

Hoping As Written: Hopeing to hear from you soon. I remain

Yours most sincerely
(Mrs) Jane M Rand
