Recently I have become very much interested in your "Christian science." There is a collegeEditorial Note: This is one of the “Institutes” that were being established by students of Mary Baker Eddy at that time in cities for the purpose of teaching Christian Science. here presided over by one of your pupils I believe where I might study the science, but if I ever cared to practice, I would rather hold a diploma from your college than any other. Do you make any provision by which students who are so closely confined to their business of breadmaking As Written: bread making or breadwinning as to be unable to go through one of your courses– Could after diligent and comprehensive study of your 'christian science" from the text bookEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, get a week's As Written: weeks leave of ab sence and go to Boston — take such instruction as was possible in that time & then undergo Your examination As Written: ex amination or test & receive a diploma if competent?
If such arrangements could be made, will you kindly state the terms– I might be able to get a week's leave- at some time when you have a class in session,
