Dear Madam.

I have a customer who wishes to make a purchase of a Piece of Property, as an investment, and I am trying to secure him on your Broad St Estate.

He of course wishes to see the interior. If you will address me, giving such permission,. I will so arrange the matter, as not to disturb the tenants in the least,
