I am doing all I can to restore the sick with Medicines I have been tolerable successful this summer but one thing I was in a constant study about Metaphysics & wish to learn of you one condition Regard to the tuition I will explain to you our circumstances & perhaps you will show me some mercy, My Husband has been in good circumstances at one time in this state but has failed like many others & we are in straightened circumstancesAs Written:circumst's I will Ask you upon what terms you would teach me If I can get the Means to come to Boston, I am willing to pay you as soon as I can earn the money all you deem it worth for teaching me

but to have to buy medicine & wait so long for Pay it seems to me like the little Boy going to school on a frosty morning steppingAs Written:setepping up one step & slipping back 2 I will enclose one dollarEditorial Note: $1.00 in 1884 is the equivalent of $28.22 in 2018., for your Journal of Christian Science & would like one of your pamphlets Christian healing & one science of Man & one the Peoples God I think you said something
