I trust you will remember my name and that I had the pleasure of an introduction to you last Sunday immediately after Service through Mr. Frye.

You then kindly said you would allow me to call sometimeAs Written:some time, and this is to beg that you mention a Day and hour most agreeable to yourself.

I will add that though a resident of Boston for 21 years. I had hardly heard of “Christian Scientists” till this Summer 200 miles away in the countryAs Written:conuty.

I have hardly found a friend in the city Since my return who is wiser than myself on this SubjectEditorial Note: Christian Science but after what I have seen & heard I feel it my Duty to know more that I may tell more and especially to about ½ Dozen suffering friends whose Diseases to my mind would be particularly tractable to C.S.Editorial Note: Christian Science

I have read and re-read your wonderful booksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

I want to meet the “woman” who wrote them if she can possibly spare a moment.

I am
