Dear Madam,

I write to you for information, Mrs Hill of Peoria IllinoisAs Written:Ill. gave me your address, She is a friend of Mrs Root of CaliforniaAs Written:Cal. I heard of some wonderful cures Mrs Root had done, and wrote to know if She could recommend As Written: recomend me to any in PhiladelphiaAs Written:Phila. She could not but said that You might be able to do so as you had many pupils, and they were of the best.

I want help for three serious cases of long standing all Ladies, one a spinal difficultly of thirteen years duration, and another of inward nervousness, causing the Lady to lose sleep for three years, her health is completely broken, the other Dyspepsia As Written: Dispepsyia of seven years standing, of course many Physicians have been tried, and there seems to be no help for any of us, we would like so much to be well, if possible,

Please answer, and if possible give me information.
