The enclosed invitation for a special day for Christian Scientist at the Texas - Colorado, Chautauqua, is by the Board of Directors of this ChurchEditorial Note: First Church of Christ, Scientist, Denver, Colorado respectfully referred to our beloved Leader and Mother in Israel, Rev Mary B. G. Eddy through you Extending a most cordial invitation to her to be present in person and deliver an address to the people of this section of the country, on this occasion. Having seen something in one of the journals to the effect that she might favor the western people with a visit, If consistent As Written: consistant we trust she may find it convenient so to do, during this session of the Chautauqua. We feel that a date can be mutually agreed As Written: aggree'd upon. If not consistentAs Written:consistant, we earnestly ask her to kindly name some person, (or persons),, who will deliver an address as above. Trusting that she will do what to her seems best, we know the results will be in accordance therewithAs Written:therwith, good. Feeling that their invitation to the Christian ScientistsAs Written:C. S. to take part is a great step in recognition of our beloved Leader and CauseEditorial Note: The cause of Christian Science.
