Dear Mrs. Eddy: -

May I trouble you to send to me at the above address, the names and addresses of the Mind Cure Doctors", - as the Laity call the Christian Scientists - of Brooklyn New YorkAs Written:N.Y.?

I know almost nothing about their philosophy and practice, but I am anxious to learn. I appeal to you as you are the only one of the Scientists whose address I have. I hate to trouble you as I know your time must be full, but I am a seeker after the truth which is sufficient recommendation believe to offer to you.

Truly Yours
