I presume you are aware that Mrs. Chapman and myselfAs Written:my self have passed through Twelve lessons As Written: lesson with Bro. Marston and we are very grateful As Written: greatful that the Lord was pleased to reveal this to you, and that you have stayed your mind on himIsa 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. , and So long endured the reproach and remarks of a gainsayingAs Written:gain saying people, and therebyAs Written:there by we have been led in to God’s As Written: gods truth, My beloved (in Christ) Sister your teaching has entirely changed Our little home and todayAs Written:to day we are truly worshiping our god in spirit and in truthJohn 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. . We are denying As Written: deniing self and have no other gods. (Life Substance intelligence or power) before usEx 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. , Our people say to us you have taken a Strange step and before long you will change your mind, (as much as to say you will seek MD's.) Still we Say as for me and my house we will trust this PrincipalJosh 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. , that is Life yea all in all to us, Will you please accept the Small contribution enclosed which the writer assures you is given with great Joy; (To Christ-Church) Mrs. Chapman expects now to meet the writer in Boston Thursday, And it would afford me great pleasure to introduce my wife to the one we consider our Leader in to the knowledge of GodAs Written:god.
