Enclosed please find the Rents & the bill which was contracted by the BreedsEditorial Note: Charles H. Breed and Maria Breed, The new tenant paid his rent promptly on the 17th which was more than one week ago. The reason of my delay was not able to go out to the office on account of a severe cold.
