Accession: 503.56.012
Editorial Title: Sarah T. Prime to Mary Baker Eddy, December 20, 1881
Author: Sarah T. Prime
Recipient: Mary Baker Eddy
Date: December 20, 1881
Manuscript Description: Handwritten by Sarah T. Prime on lined paper from Rowley, Massachusetts.
Editorial Note: Prime tells Mary Baker Eddy that she has been doubting again and looking into the darkness, even though she had promised not to do it again. She feels she does not deserve to be a member of the Christian Scientist Association. She believes that God is punishing her because Samuel G. Todd is too busy to give her sister Christian Science treatment and because her father is also now sick. She believes she could have helped her sister if she had only persevered. She closes by calling herself "the unworthy student."
