Please pardon this long silence,

I Should have written a week ago, but for the press of business, and drive to write so much, them being many things of which I would like to write, but when I think how fully your time is occupied, I determine to annoy you with as few words as possible,

The Preacher has promised to read the questions which you sent, but says they do not explain the sentences he referred to, or answer his questions, If I could see you I would give an account of the conversations, which was animated and interesting.

A. hereEditorial Note: The Christian Science Association of Chicago was a branch of the C.S.A in Boston, Massachusetts. seems to be prospering, and while I appreciate the propriety of guarding itsAs Written:it doors clearly and well, I cannot but regret that some of the choicest material is barred entrance, and knowing the advantage to both the AssociationAs Written:Ass, and those who seek admission, I have felt like asking that a special dispensation be granted admitting four persons to the committeeAs Written:com - of examination, with the understanding of course, that if not formal worthy & well qualified, then application should be denied.
