Most respected and beloved Teacher

That beautiful message of Health, Truth and Love, (which they still persist in Sending to 417, instead of 715 Washington Boulv’d.) has just reached me, and if comes with “healing “on its wings”, O, that the whole world could read and appreciate the beautiful, Soul uplifting sentiments therein contained, especially the grand, saving truths contained in your Sermon of 26 – Oct.Editorial Note: Mary Baker Eddy's "Sermon" was published in the November 1884 issue of The Christian Science Journal and later republished in Miscellaneous Writings 1883-1896, pages 168-171.

We shall live to see the truth that “a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump”Gal 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. , I am very busy, yet find time amid all my professional duties to contemplate the grand truth of “Christian Science”, O that the truth might spread more rapidly. My obstetrical practice is increasing to such an extent that I sometimes feel like giving up all else, and giving my entire time to that branch of the Profession, I hope err long to be able to cure all diseases according to Christian Science, Till then I must be patient and “press forward toward the Mark of the high calling which is Christ Jesus”Phil 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, Phil 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Phil 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. , Truth with Man.

Olive joins in love to you.

Faithfully thine
