Dear Mrs. Eddy–

I write to ask you to please renew my certificate.

I have not written to you as much as would like to. For I thought you had so many to hear from, I would not trouble you.

I think that time only makes me more firm in ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science, and every demonstration shows me we are working our way up. If there ever is a case that is not healed, we know the fault is in ourselves and patients, not in ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science.

Will you please enter my name for the next normal class? When is it to be, do you know yet? Regretted As Written: Regreted very much that I was not ready to attend the last.

I also send my application for membership to your C. S. A. enclosed As Written: inclosed please find one dollar and seventy-five (1.75)Editorial Note: $1.75 in 1886 is the equivalent of $54.48 in 2022. for membership and dues.

I am happy to say that my whole family accept ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science and are trying to prepare themselves for the work. With kind wishes for all.
