I suppose you have been told by Bro. Frye that I expected to commence the publication of a little paper, and you no doubt have feared what I might do this time. I send you a copy and hope it will not be too far out of the way, and hope to hear from you if you see anything you don't As Written: dont like about it or think not proper and right for the paper.
