I noticed that, “all persons claiming to have been pupils, who cannot show credentials legally certifying to that effort, are preferring false claim and are not fit to be employed as Metaphysical healers”, &c &c
I would like to ask what is going to be done with those who study with your Students. they have not any credentials legally certifying that they are Christian Scientists; as that title only belongs to a member of the Association, in fact the members of your own classes, have no credentials showing that they have been through a course of studies with you – to be sure; they have the title C.S.; but others of the other side makes no hesitancy in taking the same title; and the public are unable to tell the difference, while we know that it is mesmerism the public are unable at present to decide. and when we say, that one! or this one! never took a course at the College those to whom we are talking seems to feel that we are envious As Written: envyois of the others, and this often time places your students in a very queer position. now Dear Pastor, if there As Written: their are any Credentials legally certifying your students as having As Written: haveing studied with you so that we can show such certificate to the world. and say that anyone As Written: any one claiming to be a Christian Scientist not having As Written: haveing the Signature of Mrs Eddy on their certificate are falsifiers.
